About this role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud modules (ERP) to meet business needs.
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning to post-go-live support.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Develop functional design documents and test cases.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements (quarterly releases).
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.
