2026 Fall Intern - Inflight Experience Operations Strategy

What Will You Be Doing? Frontier Airlines is seeking a motivated and analytical Inflight Experience Operations Strategy Intern to support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, crew performance, and the overall inflight customer experience. Building sustainable operational systems, analyzing data, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about aviation, operations, and process improvement and who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced airline environment. As an intern, you will work directly with the Director of Inflight Customer Experience Operations on projects that impact crews. This internship is for Fall 2026 (Wednesday, September 9th - Friday December 11th) base in Denver, CO
