2nd Shift Lead Plant Operator (Working Team Lead) $27.50 per hour!

At Daniels Health, we're looking for a Lead Plant Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on operational work. This is not a desk-based supervisory role. As a working team lead, you'll spend your day actively supporting plant operations while helping guide, train, and motivate the team to achieve production, safety, and quality goals.

You'll lead by example, rolling up your sleeves alongside your team to unload trucks, operate equipment, process medical waste, troubleshoot operational issues, and keep the facility running efficiently.
