We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor - Outbound Shipping (Night Shift) to lead overnight warehouse operations and ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely shipment of customer orders. This role will oversee outbound logistics activities, warehouse personnel, inventory control processes, and shipping schedules while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing high-volume warehouse operations, driving team performance, and ensuring service levels are met in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise night shift warehouse associates, shipping clerks, and support personnel to ensure daily operational goals are achieved.
- Oversee all outbound shipping activities, including order fulfillment, staging, loading, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and staffing needs throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, shipping delays, inventory concerns, and employee questions.
- Coordinate with transportation, logistics, customer service, and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of outbound operations.
- Enforce warehouse safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, accuracy, and warehouse performance.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage, organization, and material flow.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, shipping metrics, and shift performance updates.
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and development through coaching and performance management.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or distribution.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of outbound shipping processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Experience supervising teams in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize work, solve operational challenges, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule and lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading outbound shipping operations within a distribution center, fulfillment center, manufacturing facility, or large warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of transportation scheduling, carrier coordination, shipping compliance, and warehouse productivity metrics.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Hindi) are highly preferred

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
