Job Title: SSIS & SQL Server Developer Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled SSIS & SQL Server Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server development, and database management. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes, writing complex SQL queries, and ensuring data integrity and performance tuning. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain ETL solutions using SSIS. Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and database performance issues. Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources. Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Implement best practices for database design, development, and optimization. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SSIS packages and SQL Server processes. Support production environments and provide timely resolution for data-related issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS and SQL Server. Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with job scheduling and automation tools is a plus. Knowledge of cloud-based SQL solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SSRS and SSAS. Exposure to big data technologies and data lake concepts. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Experience in data governance and compliance requirements.
