The Opportunity:

Implement global Business Unit marketing and sales strategies within the assigned geographic area, ensuring that the global Business Unit increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction across the region. Collaborate with local sales units, as well as global sales and marketing organizations within the Business Unit and across other Business Units.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Execute the global Business Unit marketing and sales strategy, including specific strategic marketing and sales initiatives, and plan and implement annual budgets.
  • Ensure that the Business Unit’s marketing and sales strategy is effectively deployed in the markets through local product marketing and sales organizations.
  • Represent the company at senior customer contact levels across all business areas.
  • Follow up on business opportunities identified by representatives from other divisions.
  • Coordinate the identification of partners, distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and consultants for each business segment in order to establish alliances with strategic customers.
  • Serve as the company representative regarding policies, business principles, values, integrity, occupational health and safety (OHS), as well as credit and collection matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • More than 7 years of experience in business development and the management of highly complex projects in the fields of control, protection, and telecommunications.
  • Strong experience negotiating with EPC companies and end customers, as well as interpreting technical specifications, contracts, and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Fluent English is required; intermediate Portuguese is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple areas of the organization, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Experience leading and developing multicultural teams abrazilcross different countries.
  • Extensive experience in developing, planning, and implementing business plans and strategic initiatives focused on growth and profitability.
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
  • Travel requirement: Availability to travel approximately 30% to 50% of the time.
