About this role
About Indiefolio Network:
The Indiefolio Network (IFN) is rethinking the creative agency model. We help India's leading brands build custom creative teams, connecting them with the best talent in design, video, and content through a mix of technology, curation, and hands-on account management. We're not an agency. We're not just a marketplace. We sit right at the intersection and that makes the work genuinely interesting.
We're scaling fast and looking for people who operate best as independents, who are accountable, and ready to grow with us.
The Role:
This is a client-facing, execution-heavy role where you'll work directly with the Key Account Manager to keep projects running smoothly and clients happy. You'll get real exposure to how accounts are built and managed and not just be on the sidelines.
If you like working with people, solving problems on the fly, and learning by doing rather than watching, this one's for you.
What You'll Own:
Account & Project Support - Keep projects moving. Drive communication, follow-ups, and execution across clients, teams, and stakeholders alongside the Key Account Manager.
Client Coordination - Build relationships through responsiveness and attention to detail. Support calls, requirement gathering, status updates, and everything in between.
Talent Coordination - Help identify and coordinate the right creative talent for each project. Learn how talent is evaluated on quality, fit, availability, and budget.
Proposals & Commercial Work - Assist in building proposals, project scopes, and plans. Get hands-on exposure to how pricing decisions are made.
Reporting & Ops - Track project progress, maintain account documentation, and keep everything organised across timelines, deliverables, and updates.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years in account management, client servicing, project coordination, or something adjacent
- Strong communication - you write clearly and speak with confidence
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and someone who follows through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once in a fast-moving environment
- An ownership mindset - you'd rather solve it than escalate it
- Genuinely eager to learn the business, not just complete tasks
Why This Role, Why Now:
Real brand exposure - Work on accounts that are some of the biggest names in India and see how high-quality creative projects are managed at scale.
Learn the full picture - Client servicing, project management, pricing, proposals, talent coordination - you'll get exposure to all of it, not just one slice.
Grow into responsibility - You start by supporting. Over time, you lead. The pace of that transition depends entirely on you.
A team worth working with - Passionate, direct, collaborative people who care about the work and push each other to do it well.
High-trust environment - We don't micromanage. We set expectations, give ownership, and back you up.
Remote-first - Full flexibility on where you work, with the structure and team connection that makes remote actually work.
