We are seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the Nonprofit Sector with a focus on the Health and Human Services.  In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams within Salesforce, leveraging Salesforce’s capabilities to empower organisations delivering essential services to communities across Australia.

You will be responsible for leading strategic sales engagements, developing deep relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning Salesforce’s solutions to drive meaningful impact within the sector. Your responsibilities will span account planning, lead qualification, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on long-term customer success.

This quota-carrying position is critical to our growth and success within Nonprofit Health and Human Services.. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

  • Developing and executing a territory strategy for Nonprofit  Health & Human Services, across Australia.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers across the sector, understanding their priorities, challenges, and regulatory landscape.

  • Working closely with the cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Driving Salesforce adoption by positioning our products to address workforce management, patient engagement, case management, and digital transformation needs within health and human services.

  • Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners, to develop and execute account plans.

  • Staying informed on Nonprofit sector trends, health sector policies, government funding models, and procurement cycles to anticipate market shifts and opportunities.

  • Representing Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and roundtables to engage with stakeholders and position Salesforce as a strategic partner.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales (preferably within health and care, or technology industries).

  • A strong understanding of Health & Human Services, aged care, and disability sector priorities, including funding models and compliance requirements.

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software in a complex, consultative sales environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Deep knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, and funding cycles.

  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping organisations deliver better health outcomes through technology.
