This position will report to BBEC, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.


Position Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, the Account Manager must be able to perform each Essential Duty successfully. This role is responsible for all aspects of Estimating and Project Management for Key Service Accounts. The requirements listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.
- Strong Customer Service relations.

- Ability to read and interpret required documents and drawings, specifications, write reports and correspondence and speak effectively before a group of customers, or employees of organizations.
- Proficient in Accubid ,Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and meet deadlines
- Ten years practical experience as an electrical contracting Foreman Estimator, and/or Project Manager in a commercial/industrial environment
- Possesses strong knowledge of industrial facilities and control systems, including their design, operation, and integration within complex electrical infrastructures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and positively, managing projects from initiation to completion in alignment with contractual requirements.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and regularly sit, stand and walk
Essential Duty Requirements:
Estimating and Project Coordination:
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and deliver effective, solution-oriented outcomes.
- Design-build and conceptual estimating within Industrial Facilities.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for electrical work.
- Develop a buildable code compliant design with assistance from in house Designers when necessary.
- Identify potential project risks and incorporate risk management strategies in estimates.
- Develop a detailed proposal letter or bid form.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and timelines for proposals and bids.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain current pricing and availability.
- Identify areas of importance (milestones, shutdowns, etc.)
- Complete estimates with Accubid to generate a comprehensive proposal.
- Review purchase orders, subcontracts and contracts for accuracy.
- Perform a project turnover meeting with field foreman to ensure project is built as estimated and designed.
- Purchase of bulk materials, packages, and subcontracts.

- Service the client in a timely and respectful manner; meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with owners, engineers and/or subcontractors in a professional manner.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project costs
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, foremen and accounting timely for successful completion of projects.

- Coordinate effectively with owners, facility managers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
