About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across our service offerings. You will partner closely with customers to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored solutions across Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, Fire, Security, and related building services.
Your focus will be on building trusted customer relationships, driving recurring service revenue, increasing account penetration, and delivering long-term value to both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
Manage and develop strategic relationships across an assigned customer portfolio.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service, engagement, and satisfaction.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, renewal, and growth.
Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, objectives, and future requirements.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Drive growth in recurring service agreements and project-based opportunities.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Solution Selling
Engage customers through a consultative sales approach to identify challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned to customer requirements.
Support contract negotiations and successful commercial outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with service technicians, operations teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of customer commitments.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service performance, project updates, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Market Engagement
Build and maintain a strong industry network across facilities management, property, healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
About You
You are a customer-focused and commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth.
You will bring:
Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, Fire, Security, Building Services, or related technical industries is highly regarded.
A track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
A consultative and solutions-focused approach to customer engagement.
Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
An established network within the Sydney building services, facilities management, construction, property, or infrastructure sectors will be highly advantageous.

Full Australian working rights.
A valid driver's licence.
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
A satisfactory criminal history check.
