Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to support finance operations in China.
This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and global finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with both PRC and global standards.
The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting experience, familiarity with multinational environments, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-growing organization

Key Responsibilities:

•    Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial data preparation
•    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (PRC GAAP and US GAAP)
•    Coordinate with third-party accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
•    Ensure compliance with PRC tax regulations and statutory requirements
•    Support audit processes and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders as needed
•    Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, procurement) to support business activities
•    Provide basic financial data and analysis to support operational needs
•    Support the Finance Manager in ongoing finance activities

Qualifications & Experience :

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•    PRC CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
•    5–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
•    Big 4 audit experience and multinational company experience preferred
•    Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
•    Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, with working familiarity of US GAAP
•    Proficiency in English and Mandarin
