Job Purpose
The Accounts Clerk Receivables will play a vital role in managing the company’s accounts receivable transactions, ensuring all outstanding invoices are chased effectively and accurately while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind them of outstanding invoices and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records of communication with customers regarding payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Generate regular reports on outstanding receivables and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and execute appropriate collection efforts.
- Escalate unresolved accounts to management and recommend actions for collection.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of high school passes including Mathematics and English.
- At least one (1) year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software will be advantageous.
- A background or certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
