Job Description:
Accounts Payable
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of employees all expenses
• Responsible for all invoices and expenses booking keeping
• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
• Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
• Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
Accounts Receivable
• Responsible for keeping record of all revenue invoices.
• Responsible for updating bank receipt in books.
• Responsible for reconciling client ledgers.
• Maintain precise records of all Bank receipts.
• Reconciling TDS receivable ledger with 26AS
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track receivables
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance.
• 3-4 year’s experience
• Familiar with TDS and GST Taxation
