Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
Main Tasks:
- Process and verify invoices for goods and services received
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status
- Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve payment issues
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally in an Accounts Payable role
- Higher education (preferred majors: finance, accounting, economics)
- Very good knowledge of the English language – required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills and experience resolving complex problems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience coordinating or supporting tasks within a team
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong commitment to deadlines
- Would be a plus: knowledge of one of the following systems: Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia (or similar ERP systems)
- Would be a plus: Knowledge of German language

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
