Resource will analyze, document, and optimize reconciliation processes and will work with Finance, Ops, Tech, and Shared Services teams to identify reconciliation requirements, define business rules, and translate finance processes into scalable digital and automation-enabled solutions.
The role strengthens reconciliation delivery by developing process maps, business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, reconciliation methodologies, matching criteria, exception-handling approaches, and control documentation. It will also support rules-based reconciliation logic, data profiling, automated output validation, and workflow documentation to improve standardization, auditability, quality, and control effectiveness.
