ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead TA routine RSM/DSM business review, Support regional RSD/RSM sales operation, RAP/QBR etc.
- Lead BULT, weekly business progress and forecast tracking
- Monitor BU’s key KPIs and lead BU project if needs
- Hold BU sales/marketing workshop like people focused workshop to engagement teams, improve RSMs competency, RMM/MKT sponsorship project management support
- Act as expert to identify improvement opportunity to ensure high standard performance with continuous improvement and value creation for business performance
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree required (Business).
Experience:
- More than 8 years working experience in project management, strategy development and implementation, optimization process.
- Well educated with insights of business and dynamics between function.
- Experience in driving transformation and making business stronger.
Skills:
- Able to perform under pressure with logical thinking and good judgement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
