Position Start Date: September 9, 2026
Required Degree:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Degree must be in elementary or early childhood education or a related field.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience:
Expertise in early childhood and/or elementary education methods and practices.
Successful experience as a licensed K-12 public school classroom teacher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties/Expectations:
Primary instructor for Foundations of Early Childhood Ed for the elementary education program (ECE 334).
Candidate MUST be available to teach on-campus daytime classes (8am-4pm).
Meet appropriate dress and conduct standards as required by the university.
