IMG are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, office coordination and operational support to the Saudi Arabia Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and supporting employees with general administrative requirements.
This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements. Applications from non-Saudi candidates will not be considered. We kindly ask that only candidates holding Saudi nationality apply

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
General Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the IMG Saudi Arabia Management Team and the wider Saudi team.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and other administrative activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items.
Maintain administrative records and support general business correspondence and documentation.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transportation.
Office Administration & Employee Support
Support the day-to-day operation of the office, including office supplies, meeting facilities, courier services and document management.
Deliver and collect original documents from banks, government entities and external stakeholders where required.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstations, office access, company equipment and asset returns.
Assist relocating employees with general administrative arrangements and practical support during their arrival into the Kingdom.
Act as the first point of contact for general office administration enquiries and coordinate with external service providers where required.
Operational Support
Provide administrative and logistical support to production teams during live events, productions and other operational activities.
Provide on-site administrative and logistical support during productions, live events and other operational activities as required.
Support the coordination of operational requirements to help ensure the smooth delivery of productions and events.
Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Administration or a related discipline.
0–2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
Native Arabic speaker with full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Desirable
Previous experience in office administration, facilities coordination or customer service.
Valid Saudi driving licence.

Working Conditions
This is a fixed-term contract until 1st September 2027.
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The working hours are Sunday- Thursday.
May occasionally be required to travel within Riyadh or across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support company operations, productions, live events or sporting fixtures.
May occasionally be required to work on location during productions, live events or sporting fixtures.
May occasionally support business activities outside normal office hours depending on operational requirements.
