Administrative Intern

Vote.Online, a new 501(c)(3) non-profit, nonpartisan voter engagement organization. Our mission is to register voters, provide simple and clear online voting information, and ensure more Americans cast their ballots nationwide.

Intern Description: We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to support our projects, events, and day-to-day initiatives that advance our mission. Interns will work closely with their manager and team members to complete assigned tasks while representing the organization’s values with professionalism. This opportunity is ideal for students seeking college credit, individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in civic engagement, or anyone eager to make a meaningful impact.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out assignments from the leadership team
• Support data entry and database management for outreach efforts
• Monitor current events and relevant media updates
• Assist in promoting and coordinating field operations
• Provide general administrative and organizational support
• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and basic data entry
• Interest in civic engagement
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
