Admissions/Bookings Clerk

Location: Renacres Hospital, Ormskirk

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

The role:

We have a great opportunity for an Admissions/Bookings Clerk to join our dedicated team at Renacres Hospital.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of Electronic Patient Records system (Maxims)

  • Knowledge and experience of patient bookings and schedule management

  • Experience of working as part of a team and with the consultant body

  • Experience of dealing with large volumes of work with a degree of interruption

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines and targets

  • Ability to manage a varied, unpredictable, and demanding workload

  • Ability to work under own initiative

  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
