About this role

Job Description Summary

This role supports service and manufacturing operations by receiving, evaluating, testing, and repairing equipment from the field. The individual sets up and operates production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble products, following product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include monitoring output for quality and compliance with required metrics, maintaining production records, reporting equipment or process issues, and adhering to established safety and material handling guidelines. Working both independently and as part of a team, this role helps ensure products and repaired equipment meet quality and performance standards.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sets up and operates production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble various commercial products and substances.

  • Uses product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOP) to produce products.

  • Monitors output for quality and conformance to required metrics.

  • Prepares and maintains required records of production activities and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues.

  • Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and protective gear.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Technical certification/diploma or Associates degree
