About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Contracts Attorney to join our Legal team. In this role, you will provide legal support on a broad range of contractual and commercial matters, partnering closely with business stakeholders across the organization.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting strategic initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and effective risk management.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of national and international agreements, including commercial, supply, service, technology, confidentiality, and partnership contracts.
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to business areas on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
  • Participate in negotiations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor contractual obligations and support dispute prevention efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and legal documentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Law degree with active Bar admission.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in contract law.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Solid knowledge of Contract Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Easy access to the Jabaquara region in São Paulo.


Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Business Law, or related areas.

Experience with international contracts and multinational organizations.

Certifications related to contract management, negotiation, or compliance.
