As an Aero ICC Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the item creation and maintenance process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product master data. In this role, you will support critical business operations by enabling seamless order processing, manufacturing, and distribution activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure item data is created, maintained, and updated in a timely manner, helping to drive operational efficiency and business continuity.
Key responsibilities:
Item Creation Process Management
Creation of all items codes in Oracle including the attributes, categories, unit of measure conversions and organization assignment.
Put in place systems for controlling item creation across all Aerospace sites.
Fully accountable for the development of new and existing coding conventions used within ICC.
Manage workflows by using Cognos to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and identify problem areas.
Manage Item Creation Form and new design process to ensure legal compliance and meet customer needs
Maintain and update P&L reference guides and customer specification references in partnership with Aero Engineering Services.
Oversee addition of new tariff codes and VOC compliance in Oracle; implemented poison center requirements and sustainability initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Technical Management, QA/QC, IT, Finance, and global teams (Toulouse, USA, Canada, Poland) to design workflows, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
Provided training across all sites related to item set-up creation
Liaise with ASC Business Directors and R&T to align commodity codes and product data globally.
Support Finance on category assignments impacting accounting and ISKU/BULKS.
Training & Supervision
Train, support, and supervise ICS Polish Team in item creation and task prioritization.
Process Improvement & Problem Solving
Overview and implementation of new procedures for US material and streamline Laserfish processes.
Resolve technical issues related to item creation (e.g., missing organizations, labeling errors, date format discrepancies) and ensure correct workflow execution.
Create SharePoint repositories for ICR forms for audit compliance.
Data Management & Reporting
Update Oracle data for Sealant products in line with ETQ and R&T updates.
Generate monthly KPI dashboards using BI tools to track workflow status and delays.
Provide regular data updates for Airbus products (weights, STVPs).
Product Lifecycle & Compliance
Attend monthly Product Management Review meetings for Coatings and Sealants; manage item discontinuation and new product integration.
Collaborate on product deactivation processes and sustainability programs.
Ensure VOC details are in place for Switzerland and maintain compliance with legal requirements.
Customer & Internal Support
Assist Sales with VAP/seal cap product data and weight adjustments.
Work with QA/CSU to resolve customer complaints and improve notification processes for new/obsolete products.
Provide day-to-day support and problem-solving for internal customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in supply chain strategy or business analysis.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, footprint analysis, and inventory optimization.
Proficiency in ERP Systems (Oracle) – Data maintenance, workflow design, and process optimization
Proficiency Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
Good Knowledge about Regulatory Compliance – VOC, poison center requirements etc
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience with S&OP processes and supply chain transformation projects is a plus.
Data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience with digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
Fluency in English.
