Role Overview:

  • Depending on the assigned rotation, the selected candidate may be assigned some of the responsibilities mentioned below. Upon finalization of the rotation decision, people leader will provide detail of rotation assignment and responsibilities.

  • Design/develop/substantiate/implement new repairs.

  • Identify production constraint in cell, understand available capacity and ensure constraint is continuously in production to maximize cell output.

  • Ensure that all relevant processes comply with quality requirements, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as required.

  • Lead cross functional teams in root cause analysis, and error prevention.

  • Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure that relevant processes are operated in compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies.

  • Conduct training and certification for relevant technicians.

  • Ensure internal shop documents are kept current with the latest repair documents and flow changes to appropriate personnel.

  • Support business productivity & cost efficiency drive efforts.

  • Plan and manage product transition related activities.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve equipment utilization and labour efficiency and reduce operating costs through Lean initiatives.

  • Track or collect data on yield and identify opportunities to improve yield; conduct new material tryouts; review process for improvements.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Company

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a high-performing engineering graduate who is eager to be hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, applying strong analytical skills, Lean thinking, and clear communication to drive process improvements and support safe, sustainable aerospace production.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering fields or Material Science with a minimum 3.8 cumulative GPA off a 5 scale without rounding

  • Working experience less than 12 months in related fields 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High change agility, ready to take any assigned rotation in technical and manufacturing operation. 

  • Strong dedication to a career in Aviation and a real passion for engineering/ technical functions 

  • Highly motivated, energetic, confident, flexible in changing environments

  • Demonstrated learning agility and analytical approach towards problem solving

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms

  • Strong team and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in project teams in an international environment and also work independently

  • Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn. 

  • Shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively 

  • Quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed 

  • Strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
