A family in Harrisburg, PA 17110 is seeking a warm, engaging, and dependable babysitter for their 2 children, a 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys play-based care and supporting early childhood development in a fun and structured environment.
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday 2:45 PM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: August 26, 2026
Family Specifications:
- No pets in the home
- Family values a positive, nurturing, and engaging caregiver
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and interactive care
- Engage in age-appropriate play and activities that support development
- Assist with light household duties related to the children (tidying play areas, simple cleanup, etc.)
- Support with school pick up
- Maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable providing transportation for school pick up (family will provide car seats)
Compensation:
- $20–$23 per hour + mileage reimbursement for work related driving
- 5 days paid time off per year
- Free meals/snacks provided
