This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance with a base salary plus uncapped commission. You'll receive paid training starting on day one, ongoing coaching, and support as you learn the business.
Work warm and hot leads from inbound inquiries, Farmers-generated leads, purchased leads, referrals, and our existing book of business
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance
Call leads, meet with customers, and follow up with prospects
Educate customers and recommend coverage based on their needs
Cross-sell existing customers and conduct policy reviews
Build relationships through referrals and community networking
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Work toward individual sales goals and grow your book of business
Outgoing, competitive, and highly motivated
Coachable and willing to learn
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented and comfortable in a sales environment
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to obtain the required insurance licenses
The agency helps with pre-licensing course costs, and training continues throughout your career.
