The Agile Transformation Coach (ATC) is responsible for driving Agile transformation at the Domain level and beyond by coaching Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and Business Leaders. This role champions the evolution of Agile practices, frameworks, and culture across Pods/Sub-Domains, Domains, and the enterprise.
Principle Duties:
Drives Agile adoption at the Domain and Enterprise levels, ensuring alignment between Agile teams and business strategy.
Works with leadership to refine and continuously improve the organization's Agile framework.
Champions cultural transformation toward Agile principles, focusing on leadership behavior change.
Mentors and develops Agile Delivery Leads (ADLs) to improve Agile execution at the Pod/Sub-domain level.
Partners with leadership (VPs, Directors, and Business Owners) to strengthen Agile capabilities.
Supports leaders in shifting away from traditional project-based delivery to Agile value streams.
Owns the design of internal Agile training and certification programs in collaboration with the EPMO Learning Solutions team.
Tracks Agile transformation success metrics, including efficiency, employee engagement, and business agility.
Partners with ADLs to understand challenges within the Pods/Sub-domains and scale best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience required
Work Experience:
3+ Years as a Team Coach (Scrum Master), Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, OR equivalent experience leading Agile adoption across multiple teams. required
Experience coaching senior leadership, ADLs, and teams in Agile ways of working. required
Strong knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.). required
Licenses and Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) required
Additional Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CSP-SM, LPM) preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Deep expertise in Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, or equivalent). required
Experience mentoring Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and senior leaders. required
Ability to define and implement Agile operating models and governance. required
Expertise in organizational change management and Agile adoption at scale. required
Ability to lead Agile cultural transformations and drive leadership mindset shifts. required
Strong influence and facilitation skills to align senior leadership and teams. required
Experience designing and delivering enterprise Agile training programs. required
Ability to track and measure Agile maturity across Pods/Sub-Domains and Domains. required
Strong skills in value stream mapping and optimizing Agile delivery flows. required

Compensation Range:
$126,710.00 - $188,840.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
