Drive HR efficiency and support recruitment processes through data-driven operations and stakeholder coordination.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
🚀 1. HR Operations Support (50%)
– Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes with precision.
– Maintain and update HR documentation accurately.
– Coordinate with stakeholders for timely status updates.
– Improve HR operations through data insights and process optimization.
⚙️ 2. Data Management (30%)
– Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
– Create dashboards with Power BI for HR metrics.
– Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems.
🧠 3. Stakeholder Coordination (20%)
– Facilitate communication between HR and other departments.
– Support HR initiatives and projects with clear communication.
– Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

– You must have strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, formulas, basic data cleaning.
– You must have exposure to Power BI or dashboard creation ability.
– You must understand HR fundamentals across recruitment, HR operations, and L&D.
– You must have good understanding of joining documents, background verification, and offer letter basics.
– You must demonstrate strong numerical reasoning and clear communication.
