Weaddo is looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will work on building, optimizing, and deploying intelligent AI systems, focusing on GenAI, automation, and real-world problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with Transformer architectures, LLMs, embeddings, and vector-based systems.
- Build and enhance RAG pipelines, chatbots, or LLM agent workflows.
- Perform model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation and solutions.
- Analyze datasets using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and design efficient data pipelines.
- Research, experiment, and implement innovative AI/ML techniques to improve system performance.
- Contribute to model deployment, monitoring, and scaling (MLOps desirable).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong understanding of Python, NumPy, Pandas.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Practical knowledge of Transformers, LLMs, embeddings.
- Experience building RAG pipelines or LLM agent-based systems.
- Understanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for working on real-world AI applications.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace ecosystems.
- Experience with MLOps or deploying AI models to production.
- Knowledge of cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
