On our proprietary research team—Market Intelligence—you’ll partner with our investment professionals and Compliance team to work with alternative data to uncover insights about companies, industries, and the broader economy through deep fundamental research and applying data science and engineering techniques. WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Shape artificial intelligence product initiatives that help investment and business teams across Asia-Pacific work more efficiently and generate stronger insights
•    Serve as a hub resource in Singapore for Investment Services APAC, partnering across Macro, Cubist Systematic Strategies, Market Intelligence, CDS, and Finance
•    Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success measures for artificial intelligence-enabled tools
•    Analyze user feedback, adoption patterns, and operational pain points to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and workflow improvement
•    Partner with researchers, data professionals, engineers, and control functions to advance approved ideas from discovery through delivery
•    Support prioritization of a cross-business product pipeline by assessing impact, feasibility, dependencies, and readiness for adoption
•    Coordinate testing, documentation, user training, and rollout activities to help teams adopt new capabilities with confidence
•    Monitor product performance after launch and recommend refinements that improve accuracy, usability, and business value
•    Communicate product progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

WHAT'S REQUIRED

•    At least two years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analytics, or artificial intelligence-enabled product delivery
•    Experience supporting stakeholders across APAC business functions, ideally in a Singapore-based role or regional hub environment
•    Understanding of artificial intelligence product concepts, including use case discovery, requirements gathering, testing, adoption tracking, and performance measurement
•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate workflows, interpret data, and translate findings into practical product recommendations
•    Ability to document business requirements, process flows, user feedback, and acceptance criteria clearly and logically
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
•    Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
