About your role … 

Joining our Process & Intelligent Automation Services team, you'll play a critical role in designing, deploying and supporting enterprise-grade AI and intelligent automation solutions that drive meaningful impact across the bank. 

You'll own the end-to-end delivery and support of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance while working closely with business stakeholders, engineers and data scientists. 

Key responsibilities 

• Design, build, deploy and support Agentic AI solutions on AWS. 
• Develop intelligent automation capabilities leveraging AI, orchestration, robotics and intelligent document processing technologies. 
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. 
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalise models, optimise prompts and support production AI workloads. 
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across APIs, automation workflows, integrations and data pipelines. 
• Drive improvements in system reliability, observability, performance, governance and support frameworks. 
• Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, secure-by-design principles and modern software engineering practices. 
• Coach and mentor engineers while helping uplift AI and cloud engineering capability across the team. 

What we're looking for 

We're seeking someone who combines deep technical capability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

You'll bring 

• 5+ years' experience delivering solutions within large, complex enterprise environments, ideally in financial services. 
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building and delivering AWS-based solutions in production environments. 
• Strong hands-on expertise across AWS services, cloud architecture and engineering best practices. 
• Experience developing Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions using Amazon Bedrock and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Strands, A2A or comparable platforms. 
• Experience deploying, monitoring and optimising AI solutions for accuracy, performance, cost, latency and reliability. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across distributed systems, APIs, data quality and integrations. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and translate business needs into engineering outcomes. 
• AWS certifications and relevant cloud engineering qualifications are highly regarded.
