Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences en Data, CRM, Customer Insights et Marketing Analytics sur des projets concrets à fort impact métier ? 

Rejoignez notre équipe de conseil et participez à des missions variées auprès de grands comptes, autour de la connaissance client, de la valorisation de la donnée et de la transformation des stratégies marketing et CRM. 

🚀 Vos missions 

  • Analyser et valoriser des donnĂ©es clients afin d'en extraire des insights Ă  forte valeur ajoutĂ©e. 
  • RĂ©aliser des Ă©tudes sur les comportements clients et les performances marketing. 
  • Participer Ă  la construction de segmentations clients et Ă  l'identification de profils comportementaux. 
  • Contribuer Ă  des travaux de scoring, de modĂ©lisation et d'analyses prĂ©dictives selon les projets. 
  • DĂ©finir des KPI et participer Ă  la crĂ©ation de tableaux de bord dĂ©cisionnels. 
  • Formuler des recommandations et accompagner les Ă©quipes mĂ©tiers dans l'exploitation des analyses. 
  • Participer aux ateliers, comitĂ©s de pilotage et restitutions auprès des clients. 
  • Contribuer Ă  la veille et aux rĂ©flexions autour des usages de la Data, de l'IA et du CRM. 

👤 Votre profil 

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 (École d'ingĂ©nieurs, UniversitĂ© ou École de commerce avec spĂ©cialisation Data). 
  • Vous aimez manipuler les donnĂ©es et rĂ©soudre des problĂ©matiques business. 
  • Vous avez des bases en SQL et connaissez Python ou R. 
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et dotĂ©(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse. 
  • Vous apprĂ©ciez le travail en Ă©quipe et avez un bon sens de la communication. 
  • Vous disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral. 
  • Un intĂ©rĂŞt pour le CRM, le Marketing Analytics et la Data Science est un vrai plus.
