Job Description:
Role Overview
- Join our core R&D team to design and develop state-of-the-art integrated circuits.
- As a campus hire, you will engage in the full product lifecycle—from circuit design and verification to silicon validation — under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Product Definition & Process Selection: Contribute to specifying new products and evaluating optimal process nodes.
- Circuit Design: Execute circuit design from the transistor level up to the system level.
- Simulation & Verification: Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
- Layout Supervision: Guide and verify physical layout implementation to ensure compliance with electrical rules.
- Post-Silicon Evaluation: Lead debugging, characterization, and evaluation of devices after Tape-out.
- Test & Production Support: Assist test engineers in developing test programs and support product engineers in product release.
- Innovation & Documentation: Propose novel circuit ideas, conduct feasibility studies, and assist in preparing application notes, data sheets, and demo boards.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
- Degree: Master's or Ph.D. degree (Fresh Graduates only).
- Major: Electrical Engineering (EE) or Microelectronics.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in analog/digital circuits, semiconductor physics, and IC design flows.
- Power Expertise: Familiarity with power systems, including topologies, control schemes, stability analysis and compensation techniques.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze clearly defined problems and select optimal solutions from existing alternatives.
- Communication: Effective teamwork skills with the ability to express technical ideas clearly in group settings.
- Time Management: Capable of organizing assignments and meeting deadlines under the guidance of supervisors or senior engineers.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with mainstream EDA tools for circuit design and simulation.
