Data Quality Mindset — You think about testing and validation from day one. You care that "revenue" means the same thing everywhere
Version Control & Collaboration — Git is your friend. You understand code review, branching strategies, and how to work in teams on data projects
Python Fundamentals — You don't need to be a Python developer, but you should be comfortable working in a Python environment
Nice-to-haves
Cloud Data Warehouse Experience — You've worked with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar. You understand how modern cloud warehouses relate to performance and costs
Semantic Layer / Metrics Layer — You understand what a semantic layer is and how it's used to enable governed, self-service analytics

Our offer

A highly entrepreneurial team
