Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and sustainable Anaplan models. This role is critical to driving business performance through strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, model building, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into logical, efficient, and optimized Anaplan models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT to understand planning needs and deliver solutions that add value.
- Act as the technical expert and thought leader in Anaplan architecture and connected planning concepts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Anaplan model builders and analysts.
- Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices, design principles, and governance standards.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring successful solution delivery.
- Work closely with data integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) tools, with 3+ years in Anaplan.
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Anaplan architecture, data modeling, and formula writing.
- Experience with Anaplan Data Hub, Workspace design, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
- Strong understanding of business processes such as FP&A, supply chain, sales performance, or workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL tools, and integration strategies a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Anaplan Model Builder Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of other EPM tools like Hyperion, OneStream, or Adaptive Insights.
