Anesthesiologist Opportunity (Independent Contractor, 1099) at Kaiser Permanente Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center in Central Valley, CA. This 1099 opportunity offers a unique combination of flexibility, autonomy, and consistent case volume across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. Providers will work across a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, ENT, vascular, and outpatient procedures. Kaiser’s Central Valley locations are known for their predictable schedules, high case throughput, and supportive clinical environment. Located in Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton.

Hourly Rate: $325/hour (1099 independent contractor)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
