API Developer

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations to support HR, recruitment, and manpower management platforms Collaborate with frontend developers, system architects, and business stakeholders to define API requirements and data contracts Ensure API security, performance, versioning, and documentation standards are maintained Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues; support third-party system integrations including ATS, HRMS, and payroll platforms Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline 4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development Proficient in REST/GraphQL API design; experience with Python, Node.js, or Java Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems is an advantage
