Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the administration and management of Microsoft SharePoint Online environments. You will coordinate the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions, ensuring they align with organizational requirements and integrate smoothly with existing systems. Your role includes providing ongoing support and guidance to project teams, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently. You will also monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of SharePoint Online projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and project success.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online architecture and administration.
- Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with Active Directory services.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
