Application Manager

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams Manage the full lifecycle of business applications Work on both new initiatives and business-as-usual activities Translate business needs into functional and practical requirements Document processes, applications, and procedures Ensure stability, quality, and performance of applications Execute program testing and interface testing Prepare test documentation in collaboration with testing teams Support and manage release processes Requirements Must Have: 2–5 years of experience as Application Manager or similar role Strong experience in application lifecycle management Experience in bridging business and IT Strong documentation and process management skills Mainframe knowledge (critical requirement) Fluent Dutch and English Should / Nice to Have: Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Exposure to KBC environments (strong asset) Experience with testing processes and release management
