Sie möchten Ihr wissenschaftliches Know-how mit einer beratenden und vertriebsnahen Tätigkeit verbinden? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen medizinische Labore, Universitätskliniken und Forschungseinrichtungen bei der erfolgreichen Implementierung und Anwendung unserer diagnostischen Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Bereich medizinische Mikrobiologie und Molekulardiagnostik
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Applikationstrainings und Anwenderschulungen vor Ort sowie online
  • Installation, Validierung und Einführung neuer Systeme und Assays beim Kunden
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundengesprächen, Workshops und wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
  • Bearbeitung applikativer Fragestellungen und Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen für Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Service, Produktmanagement und Marketing
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Erstellung wissenschaftlich-technischer Dokumentationen
  • Teilnahme an Kongressen, Messen und Fachveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Biologie, Mikrobiologie, Molekularbiologie, Biotechnologie, Medizinischen Labordiagnostik,
    Medizinische Technologin für Laboratoriumsanalytik (MTL) (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der medizinischen Mikrobiologie und/oder Molekulardiagnostik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner diagnostischer Verfahren, insbesondere PCR-basierter Technologien sowie mikrobiologischer Analyseverfahren
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit klinischen Laboren oder Krankenhäusern von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Vermittlung komplexer wissenschaftlicher Inhalte
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information

€65 000,00 - €99 125,00 EUR Annual
