Area Field Trainer - Men's Health - West

*This is an INTERNAL ROLE ONLY for current Men's Health Account Manager Candidates* *Internal Candidates Must Reside in the Western Region of the US* Purpose & Scope The Area Field Trainer (AFT) is a critical member of both the Tolmar Sales and Learning & Development teams who is a proven expert in product and selling skills. In addition to their primary sales role, the AFT provides training to new employees through formal Initial Sales Training classes (1‐2 times in Chicago office for two week class), as well as real‐time, in‐field assistance/coaching 2‐3 days per month for improved performance. This position is a one‐year commitment (January –December).
