Area Sales Manager West Croatia
About this role
We are looking for motivated Area Sales Manager West Croatia to join GFBFS Croatia (Istria and Kvarner region). Your main targets will be developing sales within residential and commercial construction projects. You will become part of a team shaping sustainable buildings through innovative indoor climate and plumbing solutions.
How you’ll make an impact:
•Project sales of indoor climate and plumbing solutions
• Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with installers, distributors, designers, and investors
• Planning and conducting of regular customers visits
• Supporting designers and real estate developers in selection of sustainable HVAC solutions
• Tracking local construction projects in planning and execution phase
What you need to succeed here:
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in construction engineering or HVAC
• 2+ years of experience in sales or project management
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Croatian, working knowledge of English is a plus
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
