Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behavior, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer master data.
Increase and maintain active outlet coverage.
Ensure Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) consistently follow the prescribed selling steps.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor and improve service levels across General Trade (GT)
Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT)
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
