Asset Controller

In this role, you will be responsible for managing fixed assets throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements. You will play a key role in supporting investment activities, financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate asset records.

• Manage fixed assets throughout their entire lifecycle, including assets under construction.

• Review and validate Capital Expenditure Approval Requests, ensuring compliance with approval processes, budgets, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure high-quality financial data, reporting, and compliance.

• Ensure fixed asset accounting activities comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate requirements.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to depreciation expenses.

• Participate in fixed asset inventories and conduct regular asset audits across production areas.

• Support investment projects, asset transfers, and the preparation of annual financial statements.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.

You are a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and financial controls. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders and can balance accuracy with business needs in a dynamic environment.
 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Good command of English.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
