Job Description
- Oversees financial reporting, closing, budgeting, cash flow, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and statutory compliance with accuracy and strong financial controls.
- Manages owner billing, utilities, receivables, collections, and rental program allocations, ensuring seamless and discreet service to high-net-worth owners.
- Safeguards financial assets, supports audits and governance, and drives operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum of four (4) years of finance experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end residential property.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in ERP, Opera and Microsoft Office applications, with sound knowledge of hotel accounting practices.
