Assistant General Counsel (Technology & Contracts)

The Assistant General Counsel – Technology and Contracts provides legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial contracting matters. The role is highly cross-functional and cross-collaborative, working with multiple stakeholders across the Company, including the vendor management, information and technology, information security, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and line of business teams. Members of the legal team work in an exciting, fast-paced, people-centered culture where their voice makes a difference. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel – Commercial and Consumer Banking.
