This role will act as a central data owner for occupier related real estate data, driving data integrity, analytics, and insight-led decision support for Tenant Representation teams and key client accounts. The position will play a critical role in standardizing data, improving reporting efficiency, and enabling scalable analytics across markets. Should be able to act as a program manager / SPOC along with monitoring and successfully executing the following -Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 2 - 4+ years’ experience in data analytics / research / consulting, with exposure to commercial real estate / consulting / data analytics / research
- Acts as a central data custodian, managing the complete data lifecycle (ingestion, validation, transformation, and reporting)
- Drives data governance and quality frameworks including data standardization, cleansing, normalization, and audit controls
- Designs and maintains structured databases and data models for leasing, occupier demand, portfolio tracking, and market intelligence
- Builds and manages interactive dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI and Tableau, enabling real-time tracking of KPIs and client metrics
- Applies data visualization, trend analysis, and benchmarking techniques to generate actionable insights for client strategy and portfolio decisions
- Works with stakeholders to streamline ETL processes and data pipelines, improving efficiency and scalability of reporting
- Drives automation, process optimization, and reporting standardization across teams and geographies
- Acts as a key analytics backbone for Tenant Representation, delivering data-driven insights for senior stakeholders and client engagements
