About the Role

We looking for an organised and proactive operations professional who can support operational governance, policy management, and business support activities across a multi-jurisdictional organisation. The successful candidate will help maintain and improve operational frameworks, coordinate governance processes, support business continuity activities, and work closely with stakeholders to drive consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance, delivery and continuous improvement of operational governance frameworks across the Group

  • Assist with the coordination and administration of Central Operations working groups and committees

  • Act as secretary to operational governance forums, ensuring actions, decisions and records are maintained and progressed

  • Support the maintenance and review of operational policies and procedures across jurisdictions and service lines

  • Monitor adherence to policy review cycles and ensure governance documentation remains current and compliant. Assist with the management and oversight of operational renewal calendars and governance tracking activities

  • Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders across jurisdictions and departments

  • Support operational improvement initiatives and process enhancement activities

  • Manage the administration of Central Operations Working Groups, including agenda preparation, minute taking (AI supported), action tracking and governance reporting

  • Support the management and coordination of Central Operations Working Groups, including Operational Committee, Policy & Procedures Committee and Business Continuity Working Group

  • Maintain and oversee operational calendars including renewals and governance tracking activities

  • Review, draft and update operational policies and procedures in line with business and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain document governance standards, ensuring version control, audit trails and records management requirements are consistently applied

  • Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and operational records to ensure information remains accurate and accessible

  • Support operational governance reporting and tracking activities

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience working within a TCSP, fiduciary or professional services environment

  • Strong understanding of operational governance, policies and procedures

  • Experience reviewing, drafting and maintaining operational documentation

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and document version control processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational activities effectively

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting operational committees or governance forums

  • Experience within a multi-jurisdictional organisation

  • Knowledge of business continuity processes and governance frameworks

  • Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives or project
