The Co-curricular Programs Team of Dean of Students’ Office is dedicated to nurturing student growth and community building through a holistic approach. By designing and facilitating impactful learning experiences in civic engagement, leadership, and teamwork, we empower students to flourish in their own paths and make positive impact in their communities.

We are now looking for an open-minded and committed individual to join the Co-curricular Programs Team. The appointee will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Design, plan and implement student development programs and outreach initiatives;
  • Manage the daily operations of cross-team projects from end-to-end and act as the administrative anchor with central administration and other departments, which includes tracking progress, handling budgets and financial matters and liaising with internal and external parties;
  • Provide guidance and advising support to students in their projects to facilitate their learning and personal development;
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned and may be required to work outside normal office hours on a need-basis.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years' post-qualification;
  • Proven track record of taking the initiative to plan, coordinate, and manage student development programs;
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment in student development, higher education, or youth empowerment contexts;
  • Proactive and embraces a growth mindset;
  • Strong team player who is adaptable to changing priorities;
  • Hands-on experience in multi-media production is an advantage

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
