Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 3– 5Years (Post-Qualification)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Chartered Accountant to lead our end-to-end accounting functions and tax compliances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP like SAGE Intacct / Navision/ Microsoft Dynamics/ Oracle/ SAP and a proven track record in ERP implementation, ensuring that our financial systems are robust, compliant, and capable of providing timely insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & ERP Management
End-to-End Accounting: Manage the full accounting cycle within SAGE Intacct or similar ERP, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
ERP Implementation: Act as a functional lead for the implementation/optimization of SAGE Intacct, ensuring proper chart of accounts mapping, module integration, and system controls.
Internal Controls: Maintain and improve financial internal controls to ensure data integrity and prevent leakages.

2. Statutory Compliances
Income Tax: Manage timely payment of TDS, filing of quarterly returns, and assisting in tax audits and income tax assessments.
GST: Handle GST registrations, monthly reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs. Books), filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).
Transfer Pricing (TP): Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations, maintaining local files/master files, and ensuring arm’s length pricing for inter-company transactions.

3. MIS & Financial Reporting
Monthly Closure: Ensure the timely and accurate closing of monthly/quarterly books of accounts.
MIS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, including P&L analysis, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual variance analysis for the leadership team.
Audit Management: Facilitate and manage Statutory and Internal Audits by providing necessary schedules and documentation.


Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA).
Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAGE Intacct or similar ERP is highly preferred. High level of comfort with MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Taxation Knowledge: Strong grasp of Indian Indirect and Direct tax laws.
Transfer Pricing: Practical understanding of domestic and international TP regulations.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to meet strict deadlines, and excellent communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.
